Manage role

The purpose of this function is to allow the administrator to manage roles in the program.

Step 1: Accessing Role List

  • Log in to the KSB Meat program and navigate to the "Manage Role" page. The Manage Role page is under the Admin page .

Step 2: Role Management Options

  • Edit Role: To edit a role's information:

    • Locate the role in the role list.

    • Click on the "Edit" option or button next to the role's information.

    • Update the desired fields, such as role name and permissions.

    • Click the "Update" button to save the changes.

  • Add Role: To add a new role to the program:

    • Click on the "Add Role" button at the top of the page.

    • Enter a unique role name for the new role.

    • Select the permissions and access rights for the role.

    • Click the "Save" button to add the new role.

  • Delete Role: To delete a role from the program:

    • Locate the role in the role list.

    • Click on the "Delete" option or button next to the role's information.

    • Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Step 3: Managing Role Permissions

  • Edit Role Permissions: To modify the permissions and access rights for a role:

    • Locate the role in the role list.

    • Click on the "Edit" option or button next to the role's information.

    • Update the desired permissions and access rights for the role.

    • Click the "Update" button to save the changes.

Step 4: Assigning Roles to Users

  • Assign Role to User: To assign a role to a user:

    • Locate the user in the user list.

    • Click on the "Edit" option or button next to the user's information.

    • Select the desired role from the available roles.

    • Click the "Update" button to save the changes.
