Manage Cutting Room Receive

This page allows you to manage the cutting items from inventory or processing.

Step 1: Generate Cutting Room Receive

  • The purpose of this step is to generate an operational record for the cutting items, but not an inventory record.

  • If you want to create a new Cutting Room (QuickList)arrow-up-right for the cutting items, click on the "Create Cutting Quick List" button.

  • If you want to create a new blank for the cutting items, click on the "Create Cutting (blank)" button.

Step 2: Enter Cutting Room Receive invoice

  • Enter the vendor name in the provided field.

  • Select the appropriate vendor or customer by typing their name or selecting from the available options.

  • Choose the cutting date from the provided calendar or input the date in the specified format.

  • Select the status of the cutting items (e.g., "In progress," "Completed," etc.).

  • In the table provided, input the cutting room items that you are selling to the customer or vendor.

  • Fill in the necessary details for each item, such as the product code, qty, UOM, qty scam, and cost.

  • Once you have entered all the relevant information, click the save button to save the record.

  • If you want to print the record sheet, click the "Save & Print" option.
