Stock Take (Physical Count)

The purpose of this function is to manually update the inventory. You would typically use this for the initial setup of the inventory. You will see a list of the inventory. OnHd Qty: this displays the current on hand inventory. To update the inventory type a new number in the text box. OnHd Wt: this displays the current on hand weight of the product. To update the weight type a new number in the text box. Weight button: click this button to open up the menu for scanning the weight of your cases. Note: Make sure you always allow pop-ups from this website for this function to work. To clear all the numbers entered into the text boxes click the Clear Entered button. Finally, to update the inventory click the Update Products button. You are now ready to perform a stock take!
