Scan sales order (catch weight app)

Step 1: Access the Manage Order Page

• Open the catch weight app on the scanner device.

• Navigate to the "Manage Order" page within the app.

Step 2: Scan the Picking Sheet or Select the Sale Order

• Using the scanner, scan the barcode on the picking sheet provided for the order.

• Alternatively, if the picking sheet doesn't have a barcode, locate the sale order in the list and select it.

Step 3: View Sale Order Items

• Once you have accessed the order, you will see a list of all the sale order items on the screen.

• You can start picking from any order on the list.

Step 4: Pick Sell by Qty and Fixed Weight Items

• For items that are sold by quantity (sell by qty) or have a fixed weight, simply type the scanned quantity on the scanner device.

• Proceed to the next item once you have entered the quantity.

Step 5: Pick Catch Weight Items

• For catch weight items, click on the "Scan" button within the app.

• Use the scanner to scan the catch weight label affixed to the item.

• If the catch weight label is not scannable, manually type in the weight using the scanner device.

• After entering the weight, click "Save" to record the picked weight.

Step 6: Repeat for All Sale Order Items

• Continue scanning and picking the remaining items on the sale order list.

• Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each item until all items have been picked.

Step 7: Save the Order

• Once you have scanned and picked all the sale order items, click on the "Save" button within the app to save the order.

Note : After saving the order, the picking status will be automatically updated to "Completed" within the app.
