Manage GL Sub Class

Introduction: This instruction manual will guide you through the process of adding, editing, or deleting sub classes in the general ledger using the platform.

Step 1: View Existing Sub Classes

  • In the Sub Class Management section, you will find a table displaying all sub classes already in the system.

Step 2: Edit or Delete Existing Sub Classes

  • You have the option to disable, edit, or delete existing sub classes in the table.

  • Exercise caution when deleting a sub class; only delete it if you are sure it has never been used before. Otherwise, consider disabling it by clicking "Edit."

Step 3: Edit an Existing Sub Class

  • To edit a sub class, click on the "Edit" option associated with that sub class.

  • You can make necessary changes to the sub class's details.

Step 4: Add a New Sub Class

  • To add a new sub class, complete the required information located above the sub class table.

  • Click the "Add" button to create the new sub class.
