Choosing Search Criteria:
Decide whether you want to search by "GL Date" or "Entry Date."
Enter the date range you wish to analyze.
Searching for a Journal Entry:
Search for a journal entry using the following criteria:
GL Account Number
Batch Number
Remark
Viewing Transactions in a Journal Entry:
To view all transactions within a specific journal entry batch:
Click on the batch of the journal entry from the search results.
Arranging Journal Entries by Batch:
To arrange the journal entry list by batch:
Click the "Batch" button located at the top-right of the screen.
Accessing the Unadjusted Trial Balance:
To open the unadjusted trial balance in a new window:
Click the "Trial Balance" button.
Tips for Efficient Searching:
Use specific criteria like GL Account Number, Batch Number, or Remark to narrow down your search.
